Good News i've found a temporary fix to windows 7 aero lag issue. note that its temporary and disappears when you restart your system.
Windows 7 Aero Lag Issue:
Unlike vista, there has been an known aero lag issue in windows 7, when opening and closing a window. There is no proper reason why this aero lag is occurring, even Microsoft has not come up with an solution or explanation to this problem. The lag is like a stumble which occurs when opening/closing the window.The lag is said be present in most of the systems, i've seen it in every system where i installed windows 7.
FIX FOR THE ISSUE:
step1:
Open up magnifier after windows starts up
it can be found in control panel
Control Panel\Ease of Access\Ease of Access Center
Step2:
Close the magnifier and you would notice that the aero close lag issue in windows 7 would have gone. its a temporary fix and will return back to normal state once restarted but i don't recommend making a startup of magnifier(which does not work often).
This could be used as a fix until Microsoft officially announces a fix for this issue.
UPDATE FOR THE ISSUE:
Microsoft seem to be ignoring the issue with this lag as if it doesn't even exist in the Windows 7. It has been found that the problem hasnt yet been fixed in the beta version of Windows 7 SP1, thats a really sad news.
