Mozilla implements new features in Firefox 3.7a5pre

Well its a taking a long time for Mozilla to release the new designed version of Firefox. The Firefox 3.7 pre alpha 5 has many new features included in it. Lets see the features i noticed as soon as i started using it.

Firefox 3.7:
After the Firefox 3.7 launch date was dropped, Mozilla has not official announced a release date for 3.7. But it has been releasing updates for 3.6 as usual. But side-by-side Mozilla has been releasing alpha version of Firefox 3.7 implementing new features on each alpha.

I noticed four new features:
In the recent alpha release of Firefox 3.7 i noticed four notifiable improvements, they are.

1-Implementation of Aero for Windows 7 and Vista:
Firefox finally supports the Aero effect present in the windows versions of 7 and Vista. This feature is completely integrated into Firefox and hence we have need to use Addons for Aero effects.

2-Aero Peek Support like IE8:
Firefox alpha versions now support multiple aero peeks like of Internet Explorer 8. Though it has to be fixed a little more. Do note that this feature already present in opera 10.

3-Add-On Manager:
Firefox 3.7 has a new addon's manager. Though it has all the facilities of previous, it still opens up in the browser itself. this makes it easy to access the addons organize them.

4-Easy switching of TABS:
If you have already opened up a website and it you forget about it, then you end up opening the same website again. But Firefox has a new feature that tells you whether you have already opened the website. This saves the memory of opening the same web page again.
